Meet Our Chef: Brandon Tonnies
Formerly of the highly-acclaimed restaurant Oceano, Brandon Tonnies is one of St. Louis’ up-and-coming new chefs. ”I’m very excited to be taking a leadership role here at Saint Louis Cellars Food & Wine, and I’m ready to advance my culinary skills.” He has recently added a few of his own selections to the menu, including the new Grilled Pesto Chicken Sandwich as well as the Blue Cheese Stuffed Shrimp in the To-Go case.
